Morellino di Scansano Roggiano DOCG 2022 embodies the essence of the southern Tuscan coastline, where the indigenous Sangiovese grape thrives under the influence of sea breeze and sunlight. The wine displays a vivid ruby hue with subtle garnet highlights. On the nose, one discovers lush aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries, and currants, layered with Mediterranean herbs — rosemary, thyme — as well as a hint of brine and wild black tea.

On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied yet elegant, with smooth, well-integrated tannins and bright acidity giving structure and finesse.
